Edvantage group continues to strengthen their number one position in the Nordic e-learning market
Edvantage group and Zenaria announce today that they have reached an agreement with the intent to merge Zenaria into Edvantage group. The merger strengthens Edvantage group’s number one position as the leading provider in the Nordic region of e-learning technology, content and services and will allow the company to better serve customers in Denmark.
Total Solution Approach
According to Zenaria CEO and co-founder Bent Bang-Jensen, "We see a lot of synergies in the combination and believe that our organisations are a good match. Edvantage group has a total solution approach that complements our existing offer."

Individually each of the companies showed very positive developments in 2006. Post merger, Edvantage group will have combined revenues of 65 Mdkr, and a total of 55 employees. Edvantage group’s Danish offices will be located in Hørsholm, Aalborg and Århus. Kenneth Bæk will be responsible for Danish operations, John Tørring and Jesper Krab, both former directors in Zenaria will join the management team. Bent Bang-Jensen, CEO and Co-Founder of Zenaria will join the Edvantage group Board of Directors.

The merged company will have an impressive customer list of over 200 organisations. Examples include AkerKvaerner, AstraZeneca, Belgacom, Danske Bank, Danish Defence, Ericsson, Halifax Bank of Scotland, Hydro, KMD, Kommunernes Landsforening, Siemens, Sundhedsstyrelsen, and Statoil.
