Oslo, September 24, 2008 - Edvantage group, an e-learning company and Managed Learning Services provider, today announces that it has acquired Futuremedia Learning, the e-learning division of Futuremedia.plc. This acquisition significantly strengthens Edvantage group’s presence in the UK, a market with high growth opportunities.
Edvantage group will focus on developing client relationships by helping companies use e-learning to increase workforce performance. As a combined company, clients gain access to one of Europe’s largest teams of e-learning professionals, broadest range of content and powerful learning technologies. The company will employ 36 team members at offices in Brighton and Stamford, and over 100 team members internationally.

Post merger, Edvantage group will have combined revenues of £12m, and a customer list of over 200 organisations including Aurum, Crown Prosecution Service, Ericsson, Heineken, MHA, Network Rail, Siemens, StatoilHydro, Virgin International and Volvo.
