Carole Bower, Senior VP Learning, Edvantage group UK

Carole Bower has worked in the e-learning industry for over 20 years including 15 years as a Senior Partner in her own learning consultancy business. Since 2004, she has been with Edvantage group (formerly Futuremedia Learning), bringing her extensive knowledge and skills in the field of learning design to bear on a wide variety of client programmes. Carole is an elected member of the eLearning Network (eLN) committee in the UK. The eLN is the number one source for guidance on best practice and future trends in technology-based learning and development at work, with more than 1500 members in the UK and beyond.

Carole regularly presents at national e-learning conferences and events and also shares her in-depth knowledge on e-learning and learning design in published articles.
