Edvantage group renews a two-year e-learning deal with Det Norske Veritas (DNV)

April 2006 - Det Norske Veritas continues to invest in e-learning for Safety, Health and Environment training Det Norske Veritas (DNV) has been using e-learning during the last two years as part of their efforts to effectively train their employees around the world. The use and acceptance of e-learning has increased dramatically over the last 6 months. It is because of this that DNV now renews the e-learning contract with Edvantage group for an additional two years worth 1.3 MNOK.

Edvantage group builds a clear number one in the Scandinavian e-learning market

March 2006 - The owners of Edvantage group and Reitangruppen, owner of Boxer Technology AS and Kognita ltd have reached an agreement with the intent to merge the three companies. Individually each of the companies showed a very positive development in 2005. Post merger, Edvantage group will have a combined turnover of 55 MNOK and a total of 40 employees.
