the methods of travel, hotel prices, and time tables. The aim of the course was to provide the sales people at call centres, shops and kiosks with an understanding of what GO Now is all about, their vision, values and how to focus on 'the experience'.

Solution

The e-learning solution was produced in Norwegian and included photos, illustrations and various interactive exercises.



The solution covered GO Now’s key facts, history, vision and values. To highlight how to sell for Go Now, a case was developed with a customer calling in to the call centre. Learners had to decide how they would react to each question from the customer.
