focusing on methods of travel, hotel prices, and time tables. The aim of the e-learning course was to provide the salespeople at call centers, shops and kiosks with an understanding of what GO Now is all about, their vision, values and how to focus on "the experience".

Solution

The e-learning solution was produced in Norwegian and contained photos, illustrations and different kinds of interactive exercises.



The solution included GO Now’s key facts, history, vision and values. To highlight how to sell for Go Now, a case was developed with a customer calling to the call center. Learners had to decide how they would react to each question from the customer.
