Oslo, Norway - 10 March 2010 – Edvantage group, an e-learning company and Managed Learning Service provider, has launched an e-learning academy “Atmel
Academy” for Atmel Corporation (Nasdaq: ATML), a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of capacitive touch solutions
and microcontrollers.
Atmel® has implemented Learning Gateway; Edvantage group’s SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) based Learning Management System,
which offers selected product courses to meet identified needs in product training across the Atmel business for employees,
distribution and sales representatives. Atmel is also using Learning Gateway for accessing all sales, product and marketing
training resources throughout the organisation. In addition internal product and sales training e-learning programs are developed
using Edvantage group’s SaaS based Authoring Tool, CourseBuilder.
