Oslo Tram has chosen CourseBuilder from Edvantage group for in-house development of employee training courses. CourseBuilder, a web-based content development tool, will allow Oslo Tram to produce professional, interactive e-learning courses that teach employees operational knowledge, organisation goals, routines and safety measures.
“We want to provide the highest level of safety and reliability for our customers and effective training of new employees and ongoing testing is key in the initiative,” says Gro Øyen, Director for Human Resource and Development.
