Ramboll's objective was to develop an e-learning module to strengthen the employees’ understanding of the company's core identity and its principal values.

Background

The aim of the e-learning course was to provide the employees with an understanding of the company’s value-based operations and its organisational and business activities. The course also was designed to help the employees exploit cross-corporate synergies and to broaden their internal co-operation across regions and business sectors.

Solution

The solution was produced in five different languages and contained videos of several managing directors and the CEO.

The solution included the company’s key facts, history, mission and values. To highlight the company’s values, a case was developed with five dilemmas. Learners had to decide how they would react in each of the situations. Each dilemma reflected one of the company’s values.
