Continue consolidation of the e-learning industry
Edvantage Group and Zenaria announce today that they have signed the final agreement to merge the two companies. This is the second merger for Edvantage group this year and the fourth merger within the past two years.
Leading the e-learning industry
The company is taking the lead in consolidating the industry in order to provide more transparency for customers and a complete end-to-end solution. Already the leading e-learning company in the Nordic region, this merger demonstrates Edvantage group’s commitment to becoming the leading e-learning company in Europe.
Organisations want end-to-end solutions
The e-learning market is fragmented with many vendors. One vendor focuses on creating content, one on building software and another that provides consulting – and e-learning isn’t always their core business. This makes it hard to compare offerings. It also means that organisations have to piece together the solution. In order for organisations to truly capitalise on training and learning initiatives, they need one partner that can deliver an end-to-end solution, including products, services and the expertise to move corporate training from a tactical tool to a strategic focus.
Better offering for Danish organisations
“Zenaria’s is known for being experts in learning and their award winning e-learning productions. This complements Edvantage
groups skills and technology very well.” says Kenneth Bæk, Managing Director for Edvantage group in Denmark. “ We are confident
that this merger is the right direction for Edvantage group and for existing and potential customers. Danish offices will
be located in Copenhagen and Aalborg.
